This former farmhouse from the 1850s has been fully renovated while retaining its authentic character. It features all modern conveniences, including air conditioning, a dishwasher, combination oven, induction hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, refrigerator, and a TV with cable (Orange) and high-speed 5G Wi-Fi.

The spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen includes a wood-burning stove, perfect for warmth and coziness on cooler days. The adjacent bathroom is equipped with a toilet, walk-in shower, and vanity unit. On the ground floor, you will also find an additional room that can serve as a reading nook or a playroom for children.

An open wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which offers three bedrooms: two with double beds, and one with a single bed and a child’s cot (70x120 cm). The landing provides ample storage space.

The house is surrounded by a lovely enclosed garden of 800 square meters. Thanks to its hilltop location, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views from every angle. The garden also features an annex with a covered terrace—the perfect spot to relax in any season. An outdoor wood stove and BBQ are ready for your use.

Parking is available on-site within the gated property, with an additional parking space on the side. La Colline is also equipped with an EV charging station for electric vehicles
