The property features a fully enclosed 800 m² garden, where you can enjoy 100% absolute silence and unique, panoramic views. A variety of trees (beech, lime, birch, maple...) provide refreshing natural shade. This nature house is surrounded by wilderness; your closest neighbors are the cows grazing peacefully in the nearby fields.

A GR hiking trail is just 200 meters away, and various other paths lead you through woods and fields. You have a direct view of the Morvan hills, where you can enjoy hiking, cycling, fishing, or water sports on the many local lakes.

The house is located in Lanty. For all your shopping needs, you can visit Luzy, a charming town with all necessary facilities, restaurants, a Friday market, and numerous local events.
